The party went swimmingly. :)

A total of 19 kids showed up. We were the only ones in the entire pool which made it nice. Everyone seemed to have a great time splashing around. They especially loved the wave pool and whirlpool. At one point dh and Julie had it spinning so fast the middle was dry to the bottom of the pool. All of the kids were tall enough to go down the water slide. It was great to see all the smiling faces.

I was surprised that none of the parent's stayed. Well, except, my cousin and my friend Cynthia who both brought their four year olds. But none of the parents from Megan's class stayed. I was actually relieved because I hate being pressured to entertain adults and children simultaneously. I just figured that they'd want to supervise their children in the pool. After all, most of the kids weren't strong swimmers. Whatever.

I didn't take very many pictures. I pretty much had my hands full with Tommy and Johnny. I was also trying to make sure none of the children were drowning. Dh stayed with the bigger kids in the deeper sections while I kept watch of the shallow ends. The few pictures I did take didn't turn out very well. My camera was set to "Av" instead of auto. There are 13 different settings on the dial and I only use "Auto". I honestly have no clue what the other 12 are for but apparently "Av" means blurry.

I have 30 blurry party pics like this:

LOVELY :-(
