A picture a day

I'm going to try Project 365, well, technically I guess this year it's Project 366. Regardless I think it would be very cool to have a year in pictures. I get too busy to write down my thoughts but a single picture I can do. I'd love to take really neat artsy shots but I'm not that creative. :) Basically it will be my view of life for the next year.

Yesterday was the ski trip that wasn't. They arrived at the slopes to find huge crowds and long lines. As dh was unpacking he discovered that he'd forgotten Julie's skis and Maggie, my sis, forgot her ski pants. Instead of renting skis they decided to just come back home. I was shocked when they pulled into the garage at 2pm. I'm not sure it's the decision I would've made but whatever. 4.5 hours in the car for nothing. :S

I forgot to take them to choir practice. I'm not sure what happened, I just forgot. Megan was upset as her good friend is moving and that was their last planned meeting. I feel terrible and will try to work something out before they go.

The three big kids are back at school today. It was fun while it lasted.
