ILUVHER

My random thoughts.

Last night as I was driving home from our American Heritage Girls meeting, I noticed the license plate on the truck in from of me. ILOVHER I couldn't help but wonder who was being referred to as "her". Was it is wife? Naw, she would be I LUV U. Was it his way of announcing an affair? I love her and I bought a new truck so you wont get any money in the divorce. Was it a woman "coming out". I love her and now the whole world knows. I didn't get a look at the driver so the mystery remains.

I hate CompUSA. The store creeps me out. The lighting is strange, the people are rude, it feels too warehouse(ish) or something. Kind of like Walmart which I avoid at all costs. Anyhow, I needed ink and didn't know which of the millions of Cannon cartridges would work in my printer. I found Kay, the ever so helpful saleswoman. I remember her name because she said it a bazillion times in the three minutes we spent together. I gave her my specs, she looked it up on her computer and informed me that I needed all the #8s. Six freaking cartridges at $14.95 a pop. She asked me to please tell the cashier that Kay helped me. I begrudgingly obliged. I wonder how much commission $96. worth of ink provides? I return home only to discover that she sold me 2 extra cartridges, light blue and light pink (PC & PM) and didn't sell me #5 Black. Of course I ripped the unneeded light pink package open first so I'll have to fight to return it. I hate wasting my time. I hate that I have to go back to that creepy store again today. I hate that I still can't print my paper because I have no friggin black ink. Grrrrr

This summer four of my friend have had baby girls. Two named their babies Lucy, one Anne and the newest one is named Rose. Ironically, those same names belonged to the residents on my wing of the nursing home when I did my clinicals last summer. Are these names coming back? What's next Mildred, Esther, Eleanor, Alice Louise?
