Help

I'm teaching a babysitter class to some preteens this week and was hoping to use some of this video as a scare tactic. lol

I took this video on my phone a few weeks ago. For some reason it's sideways. Anyhow, I'm trying to splice it down to a few seconds of actual climbing and rotate it to the correct orientation. Any advice???


It's a .3gp extension and I can't upload it to Windows Movie Maker.
